RETURN POLICY

We are happy to accept returns for store credit on items purchased online. We are here to make your return process as easy as possible. Please review the return policy below and contact us at service@malllucy.com if you have any questions.

  1. We do not offer refunds
  2. We will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, please note that items that have visible wear from being worn, smell of cigarette smoke or laundry detergent, have tags removed, or are received by us after the return period will not be accepted.
  3. Returns must be returned within 16 days of the date on the receipt.
  4. Please note that all sale items (anything over 25% off), accessories, hats, headbands, and basics (such as camisoles and leggings) are considered final sale.
    We kindly ask that you carefully review your order before placing it, as once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order.
  5. Please note that in the event that your return does not meet our guidelines, the item(s) may be subject to denial. If this occurs, you will be invoiced for the return postage. However, if payment is received within 3 days, the item(s) will be promptly mailed back to you.
  6. Due to limited inventory, we do not offer exchanges.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise:

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If you believe that you have received defective or damaged merchandise, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We cannot make any exceptions to this policy. If we do not receive notification of a damaged item within 3 days, we will have to reject the return and no store credit will be issued.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Please note that the risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to USPS or UPS. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked as 'Delivered' by USPS or UPS. Rest assured that all orders will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped. In the event that your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend that you contact USPS to file a claim. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that if a package is lost or stolen, we are unable to refund or replace the merchandise.
